RHEOFINISH FR222 is a low viscosity, chemical release agent for all types of concrete form work. RHEOFINISH FR222 reacts with the alkalis in water at the interface of the concrete and form work to produce a thin film of lime soap which breaks the bond enabling the form work to be readily stripped.

Lanolin based formwork release agent

A formwork Release Agent when mixed @ 6:1 & a lubricant for jacks & fittings when mixed @ 4:1. Release Agent can be applied to equipment, doors, windows, railings etc subject to concrete "overspray" or splashing. It will reduce adherence of the concrete and aid cleaning of the equipment. Hermetically seals metal surfaces; Protects against corrosion; Good resistance to mineral acids; Effective in highly corrosive industrial environments; Protects against end-grain swelling; Significantly extends the life of timber formwork.
