Anti-corrosion coating for reinforcing steel

Hydrophobic impregnant based on isobutyitriethoxysilane

MASTERSEAL 364 is a low viscosity hydrophobic impregnant based on isobutyltriethoxysilane. A very small molecular size to ensure effective impregnation of concrete and masonry surfaces through deep (3-5mm) penetration into the pore structure. The impregnated MASTERSEAL 364 reacts with surrounding moisture and forms permanently bonded hydrophobic lining on the pore-walls of the substrate.
